This training is needed. In every school. For all teachers. There was variation in presentation which made it easy and enjoyable to learn. The theory and concepts were precise, clear, and relevant.
The thing that I value the most from this training is that, the beauty of mindfulness could help us a lot, not only for adults, but also for young ones (students).
