We are a network of education consultants supporting schools across the Asia region. Our consultants are skilled in school start-up, policy and curriculum development, leadership coaching and people management, school improvement and strategic growth.
Between us we have many years of experience, both in the classroom and as school leaders. We have opened schools, led them as they grew, written their curricula and trained their teachers, in Thailand, China, New Zealand and beyond.
We offer advice, coaching, consultancy and training, online and in person.
We work in partnership with schools, not on them.
We give schools professional advice and support to face the challenges they meet, whether they are setting up for the first time or moving on to the next stage of their journey.
We are passionate about education, and we love working with schools that want to instil a love of learning in their students. We believe children and young people learn well and reach their potential when they are valued and supported with kindness, empathy and encouragement.
We see life, with all its successes, failures, ups and downs, as a process of learning, and as a chance to grow and improve.
That is where our name comes from. We are here to support students, teachers, parents and leaders on their own personal and professional learning journeys.
It is also how we work. We arrive curious, we listen before we advise, and we expect to learn something from every school we work with.
